Consultation

Often we start with an introductory phone call a few days before your reservation to learn about the goals for your new look. If you are have a color service booked, we gather the right information about your hair so we can prepare for your arrival. Photos are very helpful so we may ask you to send some quick shots of your current hair along with your inspiration photos.

When you arrive for your service, be prepared to chat about your expectations (and even some of your trepidations) for 10-15 minutes at the start of your appointment. This in-person consultation is very important because it gives us the opportunity to make sure we’re aligned on the service plans and pricing for your visit before we begin.

Recommendations

What you do at home can be just as important as what we do in the salon. Protect your investment by following the recommendations from your stylist. He or she will spend a few extra minutes during your service telling you how they achieved the look and teaching you the important steps to maintenance. Knowing how to use the proper products is a key element to replicating your style at home and we want you to feel ready.

Follow Up

Following your first visit, you should receive a call from someone on your style team. Our goal is to make sure you had a great experience and provide any additional insight, tips and tricks that will help you feel confident styling your hair at home.
